Through most challenges comes growth...

COVID 19 has drastically changed the way I think and the way I plan to return to work after COVID 19. I am taking ideas from Canadians and plan to share these via Podcast and Social media. So please let us know what your biggest growth areas have been.

𝑭𝒐𝒓 𝒎𝒆, 𝒎𝒚 3 𝒃𝒊𝒈𝒈𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒛𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒂𝒓𝒆:

#1... I do not need a printer. In over 40 days, I have not needed to print one single piece of paper. This saves me on time, waste, environment, saves from messy handwriting and mistakes, saves my client time to drive to my office to sign something, saves time on obtaining a signature through the mail and I think I could go on about how valuable this has been to me.

#2... Hiring. Well since I have not seen my team in over 40 days I have learnt that I can offer future job posting to any talent across Canada. If the right person for my team is not right in the city where I live then why not go across Canada. Finding the right person is no longer limited to my city.

#3... I can be anywhere. I have had web meeting with people that are 80 years old that are very happy to not have to travel to my office as well as busy business owners that find they prefer a web meeting over travel, parking and chit chat that office meetings can provide. So I have now opened myself up to the possibility that I can work from any location or any country and I am not going to feel bad or guilty about it. I used to view `working from home` or working remotely to be less professional but in all reality it just smarter.

We would like to hear from you on what your growth moments and big realizations are and will feature your comments confidentially or not confidentially if you wish. Send us a personal message as well if you don`t prefer to openly comment.
